Tax Rebels Affiliate Agreement

We’re excited to have you join our mission to help entrepreneurs think differently about tax strategy, keep more of what they earn, and create lasting impact. This Affiliate Partnership Agreement outlines how we’ll work together to grow our community of rebels and reward your contributions.

This Agreement is effective as of [Date], by and between Tax Rebels (“Company”) and Signatory (“Affiliate”).

1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to outline the terms under which the Affiliate will promote Tax Rebels app membership and in exchange for commission-based compensation. As a Tax Rebel Affiliate, you are joining a movement to help entrepreneurs keep more, earn more, and give more—while thinking differently about tax strategy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Tax Rebels Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be a current member of Tax Rebels

• Pay a one-time fee of $49 to maintain affiliate status and earn commissions.

• Agree to promote Tax Rebels in alignment with our mission, vision, and core values: freedom first, knowledge is power, community over competition, generational impact, and integrity in action.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 30% recurring monthly commission for every direct referral who purchases a qualifying Tax Rebels membership through their unique affiliate link.In addition, affiliates earn a 10% recurring monthly commission on all second-tier referrals — meaning any new customer referred by one of their direct referrals.

Recurring commissions will continue for as long as the referred customer or Tax Rebel remains active and in good standing, and as long as the Affiliate remains active in the program.

Any changes to the program, including commission structure or eligibility, will be communicated to affiliates.

4. Payment Terms

• Affiliates will receive commissions for sales made through their unique referral link.

• Commission structure and payment terms are outlined separately and may vary based on sales volume and other factors.

• Payments will be processed monthly and are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.

5. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates agree to:

Affiliates may not make false claims about Tax Rebels products or services.

Avoid spam, misleading advertising, or any promotion that could harm the Tax Rebel’s reputation.

6. Brand Alignment

Affiliates are expected to promote Tax Rebels in a way that aligns with our values:

Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information provided by Tax Rebels. 

Disclosure of confidential information to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent from Tax Rebels.

7. Term & Termination

This Agreement lasts 12 months and automatically renews unless either party gives 14 days’ written notice to terminate. Notice can be sent via email or certified mail.

Tax Rebels may terminate immediately for violation of terms, brand misalignment, or conduct harmful to its reputation.

Upon termination, the Affiliate will receive commissions for approved referrals made before the termination date, minus any refunds or flagged transactions.

8. Independent Contractor Status

The Affiliate is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or joint venture participant of the Tax Rebels. The Affiliate is responsible for any and all taxes due on commissions earned.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tax Rebels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this Agreement. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tax Rebels, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from the Affiliate’s participation in the program or breach of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State].

By participating in the Tax Rebels Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
