These Terms and Conditions apply to all users, customers, and clients of OTB Tax, Tax Rebels, and any affiliated brands, services, or offerings operated under the OTB umbrella (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Your use of any Company website or purchase of any Company product or service constitutes your agreement to the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

SERVICE SPECIFIC TERMS

The following sections apply in addition to the general terms above and govern specific Company offerings.

A. TAX REBELS - MEMBERSHIPS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases of Tax Rebels Memberships, including digital courses, templates, downloads, files, trainings, tools, and community access, are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products and resources are delivered immediately at the time of purchase, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or prorated adjustments will be issued under any circumstances.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation:

Access remains active through the current billing period
No refunds will be provided for prior payments

If a recurring payment is declined, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved.

B. OTB TAX - TAX STRATEGY SESSIONS & SERVICES

Refund & Scheduling Policy

All purchases of OTB Tax services, including but not limited to Tax Strategy Sessions, consultations, entity planning sessions, audits, and compliance strategy calls, are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances.

Purchased sessions may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Clients acknowledge that sessions may begin up to 30 minutes after the scheduled start time due to operational or scheduling considerations.

Active Tax Rebels members are eligible for a 50% discount on select OTB Tax Strategy Sessions. To verify eligibility and receive discount instructions, clients must contact: [email protected]

Discount codes are not publicly listed and may not be shared or transferred.

All services are provided for general tax guidance and educational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee specific tax outcomes, savings, refunds, or regulatory results.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The information, software, products, and services provided may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the websites, products, or services.
